In contrast, this Chromebook will continue to receive updates which includes the underlying Android support system. Future ChromeOS updates would likely include Android version updates.
As such, though Android tablets could be had for cheaper, and the impact of an "old" Anrdoid OS often gets overstated (consider that Android 6.0 is still functional for plenty of users), I'd daresay this form factor and price point could make for an awesome Android tablet replacement.
Good luck!
Jon

I am considering MS Surface Go 2 and waiting for a deal to come in.
Good luck!

Maybe it's just me, but it works faster when it's connected to the keyboard rather than using it as a tablet. Bought mine at full price at $350 when it first came out, so this is a good deal. Just don't expect a superb sound but it's not that bad either on its own speakers. You can just connect it to a bluetooth speaker for better audio output.

Actually I'm hunting a Dual OS (Android + Windows) Tablet (with keyboard), because an Android laptop really can do nothing seriously.
Any suggestions?
You may want to look forward to Windows 11 integration with the Amazon App store. However, that isn't a fix-all either. Most notably, the Amazon App store is not either a full representation of the Google Play ecosystem (apps are missing) nor is it necessarily in sync (apps are older versions). This worked in my favor once when a game developer really borked a game with some UI updates (meaning the game that became unplayable on my Android devices was was still fun on my Fire tablets). But it can also be limiting.
Were I you I'd peek over at the Amazon App store and consider whether that will deliver what you're seeking.
Good luck!

Anyone find a good case for this?

Even if they had to raise the price to 349.
It's a great device and seems very popular, do it lenovo.
I think this device with some actual punch at even 399 would have a lot bigger market. It would still be killing iPad, Surface etc in value at that MSRP.
I will say for myself, one problem with dual devices is the small 10" screens when used as a laptop. I have a Tab S7 11" tab & it's a little bigger and still too small IMO when I'm using it as a laptop. I wish I had the 12" S7+.
Now I'm asking for the moon but this plus say SD750 chip+12" screen +6GB RAM for 399 would be amazing.
Still mulling this one over, but it seems like it would be great to remote desktop to my PC, and the pen + 30 day returns (vs Best Buy's 15) are a nice added bonus.
Thumbs up for this deal, though! The device looks solid if it matches your intended use-case.
