I almost bought this by mistake. Just checked my blu-ray collection and I already own it. I had a digital copy included, and after I redeemed it to Google Play, noticed it's not MoviesAnywhere compatible for those who care about that.

Thanks. Kanopy seems to not be available for our local library.

Noticed that Hoopla [hoopladigital.com] has it too. That's the service our library here in Georgia uses. Even has a Roku channel [roku.com].

Edit, I was wrong. It's not available on Hoopla at this time.

Nice, yeah I like Hoopla also.. though interestingly, when I go to your link, I don't see an option to borrow Mr Holmes on Hoopla, like I do for other movies.

FWIW, I found that it was on Kanopy through JustWatch, which searches Hoopla also and didn't find it there. https://www.justwatch.com/us/movie/mr-holmes

You're right. It doesn't seem to be currently available. Odd, when I was logged out I saw the borrow button. Now I don't see it when I am logged in. Facepalm

Maybe it will be available at some point later on. I just bought it anyway from Amazon, since I had some no rush credits to use up.

I thought that too the first time I watched it but the second and third times through you pick up so much more in the dialogue. It was written and acted extremely well.
