- In bottom left corner of PayPal App, select "Scan/Pay"
- Click here and Scan QR Code
- Save Offer
- You may be directed to log in to your account
- Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more using PayPal QR code at checkout
- After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account
- Venmo Instructions:
- Open Venmo App (Android or iOS)
- In bottom left corner of app, click "Scan"
- Click here and Scan QR Code
- Accept Permissions
- Click "Save for Later"
- Under Profile, select QR code symbol
- Click "Show to Pay" to being up your QR Code
- Note, new Venmo users will need to verify identity under settings to use QR code
- Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more
- After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account

I purchased two $25 Amazon GCs in separate transactions, paying for one with PayPal and one with Venmo.
If cashier is unaware of how to use this tender type, have them scan the gift cards and go to final checkout, and a payment button of "Paypal/Venmo/Alipay" will show. They will then scan your "Show to pay" QR code, and the transaction will process, with you receiving confirmation on your phone showing the full $25 amount. When it does process, then your in store receipt will print. You will then see the $20 off in your transaction history on Paypal and Venmo.
I also had a $10 off $20 offer at CVS from Paypal but there was no way to "save" that offer. I did not receive a $10 credit like others have gotten.
Not bad! $113 worth of stuff (kids medications) for $13.
