The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

I paid with a Paypal cash debit card and it did NOT work FYI, not even the 10 cashback on $20 purchase. Weird. Venmo worked fine.

Just paid with Venmo at my cvs. They used the price gun to scan the qr code from the venmo app. It should say "pay at a business" at the top or you are on the wrong screen. Click Show to pay to get there. I got the 20 off instantly once the full payment was processed.

It worked for me at cvs tho items were pretty overpriced. They have buy 2 get 1 Hershey snack size candy and BOGO vitamins this week. 20 doesn't get you much there.

Just did this, with no issue $20+$10 paypal credited for $25 AMZ+$1 arizona tea

If you scan the offer and get the email confirming it, you are guaranteed to get it, unless maybe its a beer or pharmacy purchase or debit card, then maybe not due to possible exclusions.

These paypal offers show full price on the receipt, but that is not what paypal charges you. So you do not have to wait to figure out if it worked, look at your paypal activity or credit card charge.

So for me I followed the above steps for PAYPAL, and I also went to my offers page to see the $10 credit for a $20 paypal scan at CVS

I bought a $25 Amazon giftcard, and $1 arizona tea.

Went to checkout, asked the older women if they accepted paypal, she pointed to the terminal, I told her its scanned with her scanner not NFC. And explained she needs to ring up my items, then look at her screen and choose paypal, then scan my phone. No problems when I helped her. Be kind and patient.

Checked my paypal and credit card activity and was only charged $6. So the $20 credit is a discount, the $10 extra is a credit that comes right after (you get an email and see the activity)

No problems at all.

I tried the self-checkout kiosk to pay a $25 Amazon GC by Paypal QR code after hitting the Paypal/Venmo/Alipay button on the screen, However it gave me errors after multiple attempts. Eventfully I paid with my CC and got another $25 Amazon GC at the cashier counter using the Paypal QR code. The cashier also have no idea why the digital payment at the self-checkout Kiosk didn't work. He said sometimes it worked.
