I was just thinking about how I should quit being a cheapskate and get something better than the miscellaneous bricks and whatnot to secure my projects, now I get to remain a cheapskate and not kill myself. Thanks SD/AEK!

Maybe. I think that the corporate lawyers put a lot of the warnings on the labels. It protects the company from any lawsuits, and gets people to buy more product. It's a win-win for corporations and the lawyers. Even stainless steel and diamonds should have expiration dates, if lawyers had their way.
