Just got the phone with Target customer service. Since the coupon offer appeared online Sept 11, they are sending out the coupon for customers that applied on Sept 11 or after. Technically, the offer started on Sept 12.

Offer appeared on here on Sept 10 with the link to the website so I applied then but did not get offer in mail with card. I called the 1800 on the back of the card today and they looked into and said I applied on the 10th. I told them yes I saw the offer back then, he proceeded to to put me on hold to see if he could do anything for me. He came back and said they are going to send me a coupon within 7-10 business days Smilie Also double dippers how does it work? Use in store 1st or online 1st? Within a certain time frame? Any details would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

They told me that it accidentally appeared online before the official promo date of Sept 12. I applied on Sept 11 and I also did not receive the coupon with the card. He said it should arrive in separate envelope in a few days. I will call Target again if I do not see it in the mail.

I can't get the promo code to work with anything online. It says items are ineligible. I tried a bunch of stuff. Red Bull, shampoos, lighters, sonicare toothbrush heads none of which appear to be excluded. Also no other offers applied.

Anybody having the same issue?

Same here with very normal household stuff (toothbrush, kitchenware, etc). Chatted with online support. The rep manually applied a 50% off code after I pushed an order through online. YMMV

I just received my card and coupon today. Several comments mentioned that you can double dip with the coupon by using it in store and online. However, the coupon I received states that is valid for a single use in stores or online. Can anyone confirm that it can be used twice?

Sonicare toothbrush is part of the exclusions list. I tried to buy it in store and they had to call the manager over to tell me sonicare is excluded. I believe the language on the coupon is power dental

My USPS Daily Digest for Mon, Sep 20 shows that an envelop (with Target logo) sent from PO Box 5332, Sioux Falls SD 57117 to be delivered for me today. Bet, my new Target Debit card, and the $50 coupon, must be in it.
