I'd rather get Lowe's to price match it because I doubt Ego would honor warranties from Amazon purchases.

Amazon is one their licensed dealers; I've had no problem registering a couple tools with them. I would only be concerned if the product was coming from a non-Amazon third party (which this deal doesn't appear to be).

Can you link to where it says h to that? I was just trying to find it on their site. If Amazon is an authorized dealer I will start using them.

If you go to individual product pages on Ego's site, they give Amazon links to products for some of their stuff. Amazon doesn't appear to be a licensed dealer for *all* of Ego's products, but the "where to buy" links will show you which items are.

None deal related question, how do you guys clean up after trimming? I don't mind the trimming part, but the cleanup is back breaking.

must have, one of those big green cinch HD tarps from Home Depot. Place it under and drag it along as you go. I even layer them in the trailer for easier unload.

this hedger is pretty decent and you can use the ego blower to load up those tarps with leaves. I just tried to find them at HD and can't now. They had a rope at the corners you could cinch up.

If the representative at Lowes allows you to use a coupon in addition to the pricematch to the amazon, I agree that may be a better outcome. There are several websites that sell $20 off/$100 at Lowes. I personally never had a luck to do pricematch and use a coupon at the same time at Lowes.
