Not entirely true. I did a before and after with shark wheels in my alley that hasn't been repaved in years so it's littered with small pebbles/gravel, and the pebbles were pushed out of my way like I was going through water with the shark wheels. It was impressive. I have had them since the end of 2019, and I still use them on my Nickle board to this day.
the wheels aren't the problem, it's the trucks. almost all the crappy penny board companies make extremely poor trucks that don't actually turn the board. Penny Australia and Globe are a couple of brands that i would recommend for a tiny board. i'm not sure about this brand but i wouldn't have high hopes.

the shark wheels are essentially the same thing as regular wheels, maybe a little bit worse. the company says they run over pebbles better but in reality they have less ground contact and poor traction.

tldr; don't buy this, buy a Penny Australia , Globe, or another reputable penny board brand.

I've had a few of these "crappy" banana / penny boards and I can assure you, they turn.

These boards will do just fine for any child or young adult if they've served my old ass well over the years

If it were $19.99 and free shipping, it'd be a great deal though right?
