the shark wheels are essentially the same thing as regular wheels, maybe a little bit worse. the company says they run over pebbles better but in reality they have less ground contact and poor traction.
tldr; don't buy this, buy a Penny Australia , Globe, or another reputable penny board brand.

Not entirely true. I did a before and after with shark wheels in my alley that hasn't been repaved in years so it's littered with small pebbles/gravel, and the pebbles were pushed out of my way like I was going through water with the shark wheels. It was impressive. I have had them since the end of 2019, and I still use them on my Nickle board to this day.

These boards will do just fine for any child or young adult if they've served my old ass well over the years
these wheels are at least $40 alone. im gonna take the wheels and give the board to a kid and a set of wheels.
