Anyone looking at this is far better off buying the ANET ET4 which is the same printer but with vastly better firmware and support. This LABISTS has identical hardware but the firmware and support issues are significant. It also means that if you're ever looking to run Octoprint or make upgrades that involve firmware you'll run into more difficulty.
There's a reason why the Creality printers are so popular - the community behind them is enormous.
But they're more expensive. Here it doesn't make any sense to buy this since the ANET is only $10 more ($150) direct from their website right now.
Don't buy this thing. I got one and the bed leveling sensor never held its calibration for long. So I watched it crash into the bed many times. The user interface via the touch screen is mediocre and has limited controls available. The firmware has many normal marlin commands missing. You can flash marlin onto it but that requires an st-link to accomplish. The y axis belt drive system causes uneven wheel wear. You can't change the hotend easily because it uses a non standard hole spacing.

Thank you for your very detailed and helpful response
There's plenty of videos pointing out the poor quality, no standards, no qc, poor instructions, old firmware support, got to add them on WhatsApp for support? Lol list goes on. https://youtu.be/vTI2XFXlY6o here's one of the many videos, the anet 8 pro has thermal runaway and way better imo
