+1. Actually, they look the same as walmart/others ~$1 or $2 flips flops, but with extra 20% for sign up pre-tax was $1.91, free shipping... can't go wrong with a spare pair for garage or to have in trunk for a hurricane season.

Yup. This is the right way to do it. If you select checkout, go through the steps and then select PayPal as payment method, it changes your shipping method and charges you 7 USD. You have to call and tell the agent that PayPal screwed up. I did it the abovementioned way the first time, and then by did what I mentioned the second time around. Can confirm.

Same problem for me as well. On customer support call now and he is saying that this code is valid from 9/20. just cancelled the order.
