Pedialyte sugars come from maltodextrin and it also includes Ace-K and Sucralose -- potentially toxic substances. I agree Nuun and ZYM are better products, though I'd rather stick to Emergen-C.

Try:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018NZJA0E (1g sugar per serving, cheaper)
or
https://www.amazon.com/ZYM-Sport-...B08WJPW792 - 0g sugar

I ride 100 - 150 miles per week on a road bike, mostly with triathletes, we all use one of the above with great results.

Both offer other products, adding vitamin supplements, caffeine, etc.

Or just get straight electrolytes. Plenty of brands make drops like this: https://www.amazon.com/Electrolyt...ast_sto_dp

Oh man that is disappointing. These are pretty tasty. I have been carrying one or two around for the morning after a night out on the town.

I have been using Nuun tablets for my cycling - they work amazingly well.

Gatorade has the HIGHEST sugar content - 21g per serving. STAY AWAY.

Thanks. I also had the extra $4.80 at checkout. I usually use Pedialyte but will try this one instead.
