128GB, non expandable memory, come on Samsung, my Note 9 beats that by miles. Then they have the nerve to brag about it taking 8K video!🤣
Please Samsung, don't become Apple!

I have this phone and I hate it for the following reasons:

888 POS - It literally does not matter what refresh rate this phone claims, as it immediately throttles after 10 seconds of use. I have distinct moments in the day where I remark "wow, that's pretty smooth" when the phone actually gets up to its 120 hz operations, every other waking moment it is stuttering like it's three generations old.

Under-screen fingerprint reader - I always use tempered glass screen protectors, and the under screen reader does not work with it. With COVID and masks, that means I am punching in a pin every time I use my phone.

Camera - I have my photos set to be at above average quality, and the pictures are very slow to acquire and often blurry. Honestly my Pixel 3A camera felt more responsive and took more reliably decent pictures.

The _only_ step up that I felt in going from my 3A to this phone was the lack of chin and forehead on the main screen, giving more screen real estate.
The exception of the screen refresh I agree with all of your remarks. I thought I was the only one

They are giving me the most for my A71 I don't know if I should get it or wait for the pixel 6. Does this phone still have a micro SD slot?

Ah yes, Apple fanboys often have to repeatedly tell themselves this. Especially when trolling Samsung threads.

I have the S21 from Verizon provided by my company to replace my S10+. It falls off the network periodically and the screen is very average. My company paid like $350 for it (contract rate) and this is all its worth. I truly miss my s10+

S20 is better IMHO so yours a better deal
I have both and the finger print scanner on the S21 is a better than the S20 and I enjoy the smaller size and the extra 2 GB RAM also helps.

They conned me into doing a business account when I created mine a few years ago (I'm guessing higher commission for them). What deals have you run into besides this one that you can't take advantage of? I haven't had any real problems with having the business account as opposed to a normal everything seems the same
Mostly deals at Costco

Tell them you got the wrong gift and take it back. Then get the new one and say "oh this was in fact the right gift".

S10 was their last great phone, albeit combined with not se great Samsung intrusive apps. Since then Samsung removed features that made their phones unique, increased prices, making them more Apple-ish.
I jumped on the TMobile iPhone 12 deal - I've got 12Pro-s and they are surprisingly good at everything, including photos and screen quality. Battery life is dramatically longer than Samsung.
I owned Android phones since the first Nexus. I purchased my Samsung phones full retails since S6. Every year. Android is great, better than anything Apple could come up with, but the ability of phone makers to customize it is turning me off. The entire far eastern device makers work philosophy to require their engineers to constantly generate changes, which ends as a flow of non-stop useless changes, just forced me to abandon them. There is no time to re-learn basic things, no time to straighten kinks etc.
My point is - this is way too much price for S21. It's not worth it. There are and will be better options free of charge upon sign up with carrier, or if paying upfront - jump to something better.

I think you are talking about S20fe, which is different from S20, S20 has 12G ram
