Do these batteries have 18650 (or cylindrical cells) or are they pouches? I've had too many experiences with expanded pouches to stay away from them.

I can't find any information on how fast the power bank itself charges... If it's not PD or quick charge itself, it can take forever due to it being 20K.

I succumbed to the deal... Tried to purchase on CDW. They baited me to create an account for a 5% instant discount... Which worked. But then later in the checkout process, you find out they charge for shipping. $17.52 in my case 😒.
