Pixel 3a XL here, no go but thanks for posting, you did well! Only thing is to modify the the title to include YMMV, that's Slickdeals speak for "may be targeted" (Your Mileage May Vary).

I also have 7 or so Google Home/Nest Minis. Do you have any?

Yeah. There's a routine function in the home app. Home--> routine icon --> plus button. Set to either time or command base.

Correction, I see it can be used as a bluetooth speaker, so for $10, that may not be bad.

Thanks, that link allows me to try multiple google accounts, but I went thru 4 accounts, no luck :'(
Meanwhile, other people are complaining $10 is too expensive & they have a bunch of unopened Minis. 🙄

I have about 5 accounts myself, none are eligible although I use many Google devices, assistant, and phone regularly. Tried my wife and mother-in-law's Google accounts and none of them got it either.

Yeah I was playing with assistant trying to get this deal to work before realizing that I've never paid for any of my mini's including my Nest mini's. I'm not sure why I was considering buying old gen 1's for $10. laugh out loud
