Dewalt bits have done pretty well in Project Farm's testing [youtube.com] (especially for the price when on sale), though they tested the black oxide bits there vs these in titanium.

If you need to drill a lot of metal you might want to consider the more expensive carbide bits, but these are a good value for light metal use and heavy wood/plastic etc use. See one of the many previous threads for more opinions.
