Last time when I do this, they also change your battery. Battery and screen replacement are bundled. Not sure if that's the case here

I called uBreakiFix, there is one 30 miles away from me, they said they know nothing of this promotion and it must be a mail in only deal or at an actual Samsung store.

Then I saw this:

FYI, I tried to register my wife's old shattered screen Galaxy S8 for the promo repair and it came back with an error saying to call Samsung. I did and they mentioned they are not fixing the S8. Probably wasn't worth it anyway for $100 since a working S8 is around that much.

Verizon is valuing phones with broken screens at the same value as non damaged phones for trade-in if anyone's considering the carrier at the moment.

I was going to replace a s7 screen a couple years ago and the screen alone was like 140$ so I guess you could search around and see what the cheapest screen is and then find out how much it is to replace it.

If you go to your local phone store they will give you like 40$ for a perfectly fine s8 so make the right decisions on how you plan to trade in.
