The Razer is essentially the cost of the keyboard, and you're getting a mousepad, headphones, and mouse for free.
However, I don't think the keyboard is so much better that you need it for $60 more.

I'd get this, Sell the included mouse, buy a G305, and call it a day

Thanks. The only membrane keyboard I would buy nowadays is the MX Keys.

I liked the old HP keyboards we got that came with our thinclients. Full key size, pretty comfortable.

We had hundreds of them brand new with nowhere to put them. Probably got thrown away

I have this keyboard at work. It's not clicky, it's a membrane keyboard which means it's quiet around office workers. The lights are a bit dim, but has a few different color programs you can run. It has three zone lighting, so you can't choose per key lighting. It's a good looking workhorse for general everyday use.

I've had this keyboard for 5+ years and works as if it's new, and I'm a daily user from work to gaming.

Good deal. I've had the mouse for over a year and it is good for gaming. I tend to work 12+ hours and for that the ergonomics weren't great, wrist started hurting after few months. But if you're not living in front of the screen like I do, should be ok.
Keyboard is just fine.

Anyone know if you can pick this up in stores? I need something cheap to replace my work keyboard and mouse and this is in the ball park.

I have this keyboard and I enjoy it. I didn't realize how loud and annoying my cherry MX switches were till I switched to this and haven't gone back. I changed all the PC fans to silent fans and the switch to both makes computing so much better IMO.

Great thanks !!!
Speaking of which, what's the cheapest mechanical keyboard or "mechanical-like" feeling kb you guys suggest for trying for the first time? For me sound doesn't matter but I just need the clickey feel as a software engineer 😉👍
