Best price I've seen on official Apple MagSafe charger. Also available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08L5NP6NG

Yes. It will only pull what it needs from it.

Yes, the phone throttles down the watts. I have done this to fast charge my 11 Pro Max for more than a year now.
09-16-2021 at 10:55 AM
Yes, you can. It will only serve as much as the device requires.

See here for more info: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208137

The above link lists the following adapters as all compatible. Normally, with the modern chargers you don't need to worry about this as the devices communicate with the adapter and tell it how much power it needs.

If you use the Apple brand phone case with the magnetic feature it will work seamlessly. There are generic knock offs found on Amazon if you want to save money. It’s been my experienced the thicker the case the less likely it will connect magnetically to the charger.

It depends on the case. I actually use this for my Samsung S21 with an OtterBox commuter case. My wife charges her apple 12 mini through an OtterBox symmetry case (without the magsafe spot on the back), and it also works. Neither case is technically "magsafe compatible" so we have to line it up by hand to make sure it charges, but it does work for both phones and with both cases. But I would imagine some thicker cases wouldn't work. If you're buying a new case, I'd get a magsafe compatible one, as it will be easier to use the charger since the magnets will make it easier to position the phone on the charger.

The MacBook and MacBook Pro will not supply the required wattage. You need to use a power adaptor if you want the full charging capability.

You don’t have to unhook it every time from the cable, and in two month the cable end won’t be broken

Yes, it is a qi wireless charger and can charge other qi compatible phones. I use this on my Samsung S21 with an OtterBox commuter case, and it charges through the case without issue. Obviously, without the magnets, I have to position the phone just right by hand for it to charge, but it does work. I'll also add that it works better than my Samsung branded wireless charger. My Samsung charger would often stop charging overnight, or would wake me up with annoying fan noise and/or bright blue LED lights.

the adapter is ~$16, so costco deal was better.
this is a good deal if you already have extra adapter
okay. but we're are talking about apple devices.
Great, so we can buy a $600 phone for a $15 item.
Great contribution.

The SE 2020 can be charged with this right? It just wont magnetically attach or lock in place correct? Sadly I'll be "upgrading" to the SE 2020 as I refuse to buy an iPhone that doesnt have Touch ID until I have no choice left (ie the kill the SE line and no longer make an iPhone with Touch ID). Very disappointed and actually surprised the iPhone 13 didnt come with SOME sort of Touch ID. They keep adding them to iPads but still none for the iPhone and still no USB-C.

EDIT: Nevermind, totally missed in the Amazon listing they mention compatibility with the SE 2020.

Quick question. I just checked costco.com and the price showing $49.99. I didn't sign into my account. Is that a $40 in-store price?
