Make sure you keep a screenshot of your order summary where it mentions the gc. Knowing comcast you won't get anything and the horrible CS will ask you to cancel your service.

I've gotten multiple gift cards from XM without issue in deals like this. Last year the two I got with the iPhone 12 Pros came in like a month. It used to be 12-16 weeks and took every bit of that. Even though this isn't a significant upgrade for me, it's really tempting.

Nope. If you're a new customer and porting in - you get it as "bill credits over 24 months". If you terminate early, you lose the discount over the remaining period ($15 per month x number of months remaining); you'll effectively be paying full price less the number of months that you actually got the $15/mth discount.

If you are a new customer and want to get the GC instead of bill credits

1) Port in as a new customer with your existing phone (BYOD)
2) After line ported in, ask for upgrade; you pay the full price ($729 for the iPhone 13 mini and so on).
3) Anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks after, you'll get a $300 gift card.
4) After 60 days service and paying at least one billing cycle - you can request unlock of the iphone.
5) After unlocking + getting the GC : you can cancel service or continue as you wish.

Customer Service is horrendous. I had Xfinity Mobile for almost 4 years. I took these offers, activating new line, I received credits without any issue. Last year I transferred a new line and it was nightmarish experience. Credit was not applying to the account automatically. Had to call customer service, they check everything(Whether bought during the offer period, line ported or not,,,,) it takes approximately 60 -90 minutes to get $20 credit. They used say "sorry for the inconvenience" and issue will be fixed permanently, they never fixed it, every month same thing had to call then waste my 60 - 90 minutes of time explaining. After 6 months, I got pissed and warned them that if is is not fixed permanently, they had to pay $100 extra every month for wasting my time. Some how the issue got resolved permanently.

90+% of the time, it will be smooth transaction, but if you fall in one of those edge cases, it will be nightmare.

US Bank Cash Plus Visa includes Xfinity mobile in the "cellphone provider" category for 5% cash back; also includes Comcast for the "internet / TV" provider category

https://cashplus.usbank.com/merchants

IDK if the outright purchase would be seen as "cell bill"; but the 24 month instalments should qualify

Most of the other cards that give extra cash back for cell bills appear to be business cards (Ink business etc.) or targeted offers (Chase for AT&T); IDK if there's any other personal rewards card that has extra cash back for cell bills.
what sucks is I have that card and I have internet/phone bills as an active category, but am at my quarterly limit. This deal SUPPSOEDLY will still be there in october, but I have a feeling the phones will be sold out then.

Do you know any of the other info, such as how to even claim this deal as an existing customer? And do I understand correctly that I don't even have to stay with them? It says "the phone must remain active for 15 days", so that makes it sound like you don't have to stay with them beuond 15 days if you do it as an existing customer.

Does anyone know how it works if I have a iPhone 11 that has 10 payments left? What would Xfinity Mobile give for the old device if anything?

Found it on google search. Would be coming soon - when the phone launches. Seems they don't do preorder

if you are already an xfinity internet or tv customer and if xfinity is monopoly in your area like me, then getting xfinity mobile is no brainer. atleast for limited data plans, its cheaper than everything else out there

I assume you got the 64 GB? I was really hoping they would stock the 128 GB but seems like they discontinued carrying it awhile back. Has anyone who has looked at the xfinity site seen the 128 in the last few months or can confirm its only the 64 now?
64GB is more than enough for me. I am currently still using my 6s which was bought on 2017. I do not use lots of camera, and data either. The frame on iPhone11 is not as slim as newer versions, but not big issue considering the price.

still not getting any answers and asking here is hilariously more likely to get a correct answer than calling xfinity. that is how bad they are.

Basically nobody has shown how existing customers even get the deal claimed and if there's really any requirement to stay with them. And also how it works when on a deal with the same line already, waiting on a gc to be mailed for byod.
