Thanks, but I am not quite sure whether I redeemed the $100 offer before placing the order or not. I placed the order last Friday. And I read your posting a couple of hours ago. Upon checking immediately thereafter, I saw $100 Visa Prepaid Card as "COMPLETE" under "My Activity" on my Xfinity Rewards account. Could "COMPLETE" mean I've already redeemed the offer properly?
I just upgraded wife's iphone 12 pro to 13 pro max, no change on the reward center status yet for the $50 promotion. I redeem the promotion before I placed the order, probably need to check back later if it will change status to 'COMPLETE' as yours.

Noob question: will the phones have network bands compatible with all operators? Given that Xfinity uses Verizon will the phone be optimized for Verizon or missing any GSM bands?

You bought the phones even before you got the $50 BYOD GC or after?
Brought my device over, used the phone on XM for a few days on one line, a couple of weeks on another. Then went in and purchased the phone outright. 3-4 months later the gift cards were sent. Although they tried to not send me cards for the second one and I had to talk to customer service via chat a bunch. That part was a pain, but it's not like I was doing anything against their policy.

Nope this doesnt work. BYOD promotion conflicts with $300GC promotion. So you'll receive the $25 gc and thats it for you.
Where did you get this information from? I contacted them through chat and they did confirm both can be done in parallel

Is this model.of iphone 13 pro compatible with all GSM and CDMA bands? I could not find the model number anywhere on the XM site. Anyone knows the model number so that we can cross check on Apple's site?

You have to join rewards and click on the promotion to redeem prior to buying the phone. You can also only do it once a year as someone in a prior post pointed out. Thus, I have been hesitant to even click on the promotion until I am sure I want to order (the current one expires in September and assume a new one will appear next month). I also don't know if you can even combine this promotion with the $300 one.

Your service has to be uninterrupted to qualify for the different levels. Cannot change names etc. It looks like you can contact xfinity about incorrect status though. I saw a page for that on their help page.

You need to redeem the offer before you purchase the phone.
Submit a case to revise your reward level is easy and they will change it for you based on the server address you started in 2008. If you moved the server in the past years, you need to provide each address where you moved your xfinity internet service so they can trace it.

I tried asking chat support. They were clueless. Dude said '5G' when I asked what network bands are supported. When I told him I know it's a 5G phone and network bands are different from 4G/5G he started messing with me saying phone is 2G. Asked what model number it is, he responded with Lava A11, a cheap 2G phone in India. Their support is in India and the agent probably figured from my name that I'm Indian and just hates his job lol. I know how pathetic the call center/outsourcing scene can be so I'm not upset.

A $300 discount over two years is not worth dealing with such poor support.

Did you redeem the $100 offer in Xfinity reward center before you place the order? I have not placed my order yet, so not pretty sure on this, you can check with a xfinity agent for $100 reward.
I think I did. That is, "$100 back on an eligible Xfinity Mobile phone purchase......." is listed under My Activity.

Hopefully, gift card should arrive one way or another. I wonder what "COMPLETE" means, though.

Well, just upgraded my fully paid phone to Pro Max 13. With the resale value of iPhones and this annual deal from X-Finity upgrades are essentially free. Can't argue with that 😀.
Even though I was not particularly excited about new iPhone, I guess camera upgrades alone are worth it as well as more battery life. My previous upgrades with XFinity went smooth and gift card arrived by New Year or early January, so this is much better then signing a 2 year annual installment plan where you become a slave to the provider.

I'm trying to clarify whether you can stack the $300 upgrade coupon (existing user) with the rewards offer. I'm Diamond, so have a $150 off mobile device offer waiting to be redeemed. If I use that, will it negate the $300 offer, or are they separate entities and both will be applied?

I am an existing customer with 4 lines. Can I get the $300 for each line i.e. upgrade all 4 phones? Thanks for your help.
