For some, paying less now and in total, plus not worrying about the credits, is worth it.
Random T-Mobile numbers are getting this error message after entering phone number and SSN. "We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. Please try again later." This is also happening on Apple's websites to those same numbers having the issues. T-Mobile is trying to fix the issue, but does not have an ETA.
So did some math and realized it's not really any great deal. (Good deal so far but you find better deals later if you are no in a hurry).

Im upgrading / trading my iphone 11 pro max .
Pre-ordered yesterday 09/23/2021 around 10 AM.
got a text an email this morning saying its ready to pick up.( was kinda surprised about this , but ig because this best buy has less people preordered , or got more stock , im in missouri)
I backed up my old phone to my computer . and reset the phone.
Got to best buy( I was one of the first 3 people there so i got help right away) , the guy asked me for my order number and name, then told me to get with a lady.
the entire pick up was about 15 mins, she asked for my id , then my old phone, she spent most of the time input stuff into the system. I confirmed on the machine my info is correct. she handed me the new iphone new in box with a sim card on top. I asked if she need to activate the phone or anything and she said no , when i put in the phone it should activate it self. got the phone and the receipt , now im heading home.
She didnt open the new phone box at all , she didnt ask if I need to transfer my old phone data to the new phone ( might be she noticed my old phone got reset)
Only do it if you have a iPhone 8 or below.
Not worth $700/800 after all the hassle that you have to go through.

To get an idea of what you'll get for your 12 Pro next year, look at 11 Pro now. You would only get $560 from it. That's $240 less than the $800 you get from your 12 Pro.
Plus, you get one more year of Apple warranty (on top of all the new hardware the 13 Pro offers).
Finally a page show up that my order went through but I have no word from Tmobile about a new account. No emails or texts. But did receive Best Buy email that order is good for $132 iPhone Pro Max.
So not sure what to do. May order again and cancel this one in store. Did you ever get your orders to go through?

13 and 13 pro are great size (6.1).
13 Pro Max has lots of fans but to me is too big and cumbersome. I have friends who have 12 Pro Max and wish they had the regular.
Seems like a no brainer upgrade considering the only balance left is $107.

Found out that graphite is out of stock but gold is. After tax it's about $173. Not bad. Seems like the most value I'm going to get for my 12 pro but I don't want a gold iPhone.
