Just about every website is offering up to $1000 for iPhone 13. However, here is a strategy that is an inexpensive solution to get an $800 trade in credit.

Go to eBay to find an unlocked S9. Most S9's are going for $90-$140. Use this phone as a trade in. Be sure and check the description for the condition of the S9 phones. If the phones are cracked or have spots you won't receive the full $800 promo credit.

Also you will need to have the Play More, Do More or Get More Unlimited plans. Great deal for such a great strategy. All together you should net around $650-$700 for trading in an S9.

$1100 - iPhone 13 Pro (w/256 GB)
$150 - S9
<$400> - iPhone 11 sale
<$800> - trade in credit
----------------------------------
$50.00 net cost to upgrade (not including taxes and the BS activation fees, etc)
He has an XS.
He owed $150 and we just paid it but the chat rep says he will get $164 and then when he sent me the link via chat for the 'cart' it shows $459.99 for the XS.
any reason why it's not showing up for $800 via bill credits?
I know he is on a grandfathered plan so maybe I have to do the monthly plan change to the $80 per month plans?
Thought this would be an easier process. the rep didn't mention anything about changing rate plans to get the $800 credit.

You might also not qualify for the next promo until the existing promo credits are done.
Minor, but maybe major
(As well, the rep who helped didn't pay attention either and ordered the 128gb instead of the 256gb that I wanted, so I once again had to order AGAIN by calling and getting a different rep...)
