Go to eBay to find an unlocked S9. Most S9's are going for $90-$140. Use this phone as a trade in. Be sure and check the description for the condition of the S9 phones. If the phones are cracked or have spots you won't receive the full $800 promo credit.

I have a cracked S20 FE to trade in on one line, but doesnt have the PLAY UNLIMITED line. However, my line is the same phone not cracked, but I do have Play Unlimited. Do I just swap SIM cards and trade in the cracked one on my line?

He has an XS.
He owed $150 and we just paid it but the chat rep says he will get $164 and then when he sent me the link via chat for the 'cart' it shows $459.99 for the XS.
any reason why it's not showing up for $800 via bill credits?
I know he is on a grandfathered plan so maybe I have to do the monthly plan change to the $80 per month plans?
Thought this would be an easier process. the rep didn't mention anything about changing rate plans to get the $800 credit.
