Today I got my customer's new cell phone to pair to
  • her car,
  • her land line
  • and both sets of her ear buds.

She had been trying to do this since Thursday.

Things went a LOT easier once I found her old phone on a side counter and turned off it's Bluetooth.

So she was super happy after that.

She had gone to Lexus and they dicked around and finally got it to work...then she called Verizon to get the ear buds to work and the rep had her RESET all her Bluetooth settings...deleting the Car Pairing setup...oh she was PISSED!!!..
