*Careful* You get what you pay for in this instance. Watch this video, Bora is probably not what you want. This is a comparison of Jet (marketed under a different name but still jet) and Bora parallel clamps. The positive is they're cheaper but they have a lot of drawbacks.

The reviewer in the video states It requires a lot of clamping force to get them to pull into parallel. Any smaller or thinner material will potentially buckle or break.

I don't care what anyone buys and I'm not a tool snob. I just knew that the video talked me out of getting the Bora. Just more info so others can make the best decision in their situation

A pair of Bessy 40" parallel clamps on Rockler is $100. It's up to the buyer as to what works better for them.

I saw that video too which is why I'm hesitant on pulling the trigger. I got a 20% Amex offer so 4 clamps come out to $120 before tax but I'm not even sure if I should do it if the clamps are not truly parallel.

That comes out to $30 per clamp. I feel like a good pipe clamp might be a better option at $15+pipe (bessey 3/4" on Amazon). Hard to say but this feels like a buy-once, cry-once situations

What I learned the hard way after buying other cheaper non-bessey clamps was that you really do get what you pay for in clamps, i.e., the cheaper clamps are really priced appropriately by the market.
