Quality varies quite a bit. The base ingredients are similar, but most of the locations are franchises, and corporate doesn't seem to be super fussy about uniformity of food. Things like mixing the sauce correctly and cooking the right amount of time make a big difference. Also, hot-n-ready means that lazy store managers might let them sit in the heat rack for too long, which absolutely can dry them out.

If you've never been excited about being able to buy a 5 dollar pizza, then count yourself lucky. I've had multiple times in my life where it absolutely made my day to get one of these, and there could be again.

How can anyone enjoy their pizza!?
It always tastes like some type of edible cardboard.. Yuk Sick
In the last town I was in (5 years ago) there was a Little Caesars in a KMart and they made great LC Pizza, which confused me because I've had LC pizza before that and it was super meh - (in orwellian speak).

Now I do this deal for the heck of it and took home one of the worst pizzas I've had. First noticed all of the pizza slices were only cut half way through. I was tearing off circles and managed to get a few to look remotely like slices. There was no browning on crust. Was white and spongy, 90% cooked and zero crisp.

Only good taste there was the peperoni. I put slices in my steam toaster oven (it'a similar to the ovens they use in 7-11 to make their pizza) for 9 min and make the pizza barely edible.

Can't complain about things these days, you'll just get put on some no-fly list. No way manager doesn't know already, and shows owner is clueless to his own business. sucks.

Also, this deal is only $1.50 off from the original $6.50 price.

Little Caesers in my town = farkers

If you're looking for a "cheaper" pizza, it's hard to beat Costco.
They are $10 but huge and they're pretty generous with the cheese and pepperoni.
It's our usual food option for kid's birthday parties.

Thanks. It's 8USD in Portland, OR. So about 3 bucks (almost 40%) off. I'd say it's a good deal.

For our Little Caesars, they only tease me with stuffed crust a few weeks out of the year. Weeping
Those monsters! Mad

Whoaaa...I have never thought to do that. I have some mozzarella balls that I could probably jam into the crust and it would taste good. Ooooh.

I missed out on the pretzel crust and I was so mad! I really wanted to try that so I'm hoping that comes back soon.
FWIW, I'd recommend using mozzarella string cheese versus fresh mozzarella, I've used fresh for making a few things, and you have to be careful or you can end up with some sogginess. But I've had great results with string cheese for DIY stuffed crust.
The pretzel crust has been around a few times, I definitely recommend it nod

do yourself a favor and pay the extra $2 for the thin crust

Little Caesars regular pizza is nearly inedible for me

But their thin crust, on the other hand, is on point for a basic pep and cheese
Their basic $5 is okay, the Extra Most Best and/or stuffed crust (which only comes as an EMB so far as I know) is usually pretty good, but yeah, I dig on the thin crust too.

Order this and ask them to put the butter they use for the crazy bread on the crust and you'll enjoy it much more than normal.

The Calzony is very creative. They take the standard pizza crust and cut a few slits in it, add a white cheese sauce and then fold the cut areas over each other and bake it like a normal pizza. It's basically the same ingredients as the $5 pepperoni for $8.95. It's a great way to improve their margins without having to raise prices on their basic items. More companies should think this way instead of just complaining about their costs going up.
Agreed, it is a little more than the $5.00 pizza - here it's $9 out the door. But it's pretty good.

Hey EagerActivity920,
I can recommend a place in MD! The best pizza I have ever had was from Ledo's in College Park, Maryland! You have to try their pizza. Their pepperoni slices were as thick as 1/2" and were non-uniform in size which leads me to believe that was hand cut not packaged machine sliced pepperoni. Don't mean to be obsessive but I grew up in Queens and currently live in Brooklyn, New York so I'm a little particular about my pizza.

If you asked Bush if he could name the band who happens to sing the song in his adage mashup. Would he know it was The Who? My guess is no just sings along to the radio while driving his pickup!
I live here in Silver Spring Md. Reluctant to report that Ledo's as you knew it is but a memory of the old. The Family Restaurant that you knew in College Park is gone. They closed it down and franchised out the Ledo's name, Now there are smaller several smaller Ledos's around but none have the local flavor or passionate customers as the original did. Our progress to mediocrity never ceases.
