This stuff is terrible for your face. It's essentially causing micro-tears in the skin and the ingredients are irritating. If you have acne, use something like Zapzyt; it's gentle enough but still chemically exfoliates. And be sure to moisturize because any wash will dry your face out...I recommend Cerave, Vanicream, or Cetaphil.

I have never seen this stuff make a difference for me personally, and you definitely need to use it in the shower or else the little beads tend to get in your eyes.

I really like it for washing my face but not sure if it helps or hurts the acne. I also use Egyptian magic at night and feel like that has done a good job helping with mask acne. It seems counter intuitive to add oil, but I think maybe the oil dilutes out the bacteria that causes the acne. However it works it's really worked for me. (I'm 45 and was getting mask acne)

I've heard that on forums. I don't believe it. I have sensitive skin, and rosacea and bouts of eczema sometimes. And I'm pretty rough with this stuff and not once had an issue.

I doubt this stuff would be so widely used and on the market still if people wear actually having these microtears.
