Probably cause you've gotten this deal in the past. I have, nd i cant do the promotion anymore. Gotta wait half a year i think, then itll reset. Thats my experience tho

I've never bought any face wash on Amazon. But I've had coupons reappear for things I recently bought. It also seems like if I search several times for certain things on Amazon like body wash I'll suddenly see high value coupons appear for them.
