How is this healthy? 6 grams of added sugar. Only 3g of Protein. Why do they add sugar? Completely ruins everything.
It might be good to taste, but it you're looking for healthful mix - this ain't it.

These were $1.75 last time around when I bought them. Good stuff if the nuts aren't rancid.

Dump question , can we buy the nuts given in this mix individually and we can mix it ourselves?

I would imagine so. 0 sodium so it doesn't look like they added a huge amount of spices to it (like with southwest trail mixes, which I love) so most likely all the flavor is from the nuts/cranberries/seeds themselves.

I always mean to do that but then my laziness takes over. Same with chex mix, seems like it'd be so easy to make and yet I still just buy the bags of premade stuff, lol.

My boo really likes pepitas and hates raisins, so he loves the bulk food route.

Ooooh I love pepitas so much. Just found out, probably less than a month ago, that those are pumpkin seeds. Blew my mind for some reason, I just knew they were the little green things I like in trail mixes laugh out loud

Good trail mix. They used to sell these in single serving pouches at Costco with a couple other varieties. Not sure if they still sell
