Something I noticed… if you are using chrome create a new profile and try using a new profile. Chrome now supports multiple profiles. New profile means full reset and start from scratch.
Anyone else have this problem? I didn't realize it until after submitting the BYOD orders for my kids' phones. Haven't place the iPhone orders for my wife and me yet. Chatting with visible to get the kids' BYOD orders fixed.

I'm also getting "other" from the dropdown menu when the number is from Ting, not sure if it's a system issue.
