For the HomePod Mini, condition (4) is not listed. So, you do not need to pay for 3 months to keep your HomePod Mini.
HomePod Mini retails for $99, but can be found much cheaper.
Costco has them at $95.
Best buy has them as open box (Excellent) at $88.
Staples has them new at $89, but you need to follow through google shopping link to get the price (try incognito mode).

The only hiccups are the speed slows down when you're around a ton of people like an event and I probably have 1-2 dropped calls per month but egh, call them back.

You can easily get on a party plan and pay $25 per month. I think if you get a referral code, the first month is also only $5.
1. You can NOT port your number out of Visible and port it back in as they have a 60 days hold for the number to port back in.
2. You CAN get a new number (I used Ting from Target) and create a NEW account.
3. You will have to keep two lines active (and pay for two lines) for 3 month to get the gift card. But it is not too bad - see below.
4. You SHOULD use the group pay (just join some huge group in the Visible app, no need to search for random groups).
5. You SHOULD use YOUR OWN referral code for the new line. You can find the code in the app on the first page. This way it will be $5 for the first month on your NEW line AND $5 for the next month on your EXISTING line.
6. Your total will be: $1 for Ting to get the number + $5 first month new line + $25 second month new line + $25 third month new line - $20 discount for the existing line = total $36 for the $200 GC and the HomePod.
7. After you get the GC you can cancel the NEW line.
