Yep. They sell lot of stuff that falls under Apex Tools, as well as Milwaukee Electric and others through RWD their aftermarket branch.
I have this same set use it daily, it's great for its purpose at this price.

If you need a tq wrench and breaker bar this isn't a bad deal.

Not really. Exactly what you need if you're doing it right.

Also, if you ever have had a mechanic work on your car and use an impact on the tire, it often is too tight. You'll need that breaker bar to get it off. Sometimes more than just it sadly in my experience. Hopefully you have a better luck than me.

good deal for those that don't have torque wrench nor breaker bar and deep sockets a plus: looks like the torque wrench that I bought for more than 89 just for the torque wrench.

If your mechanic uses an impact to tighten your lug nuts, you're at the wrong mechanic and you need a new one

I am well aware. Hence the hopefully you have better luck than I do. It's not an uncommon practice.

Most tire shops will spin lugs by hand, use the gun to get them w/in range, then finish off w/ a torque wrench. At least that's what I've seen.

To be sure, when you get home. just slightly loosen and retighten w/ this set (or other) to spec.

A Harbor Freight set for a 1/2" Torque Wrench, breaker bar and impact set of sockets probably runs you about half this price. Not sure the gearing or quality on this wrench, whether it's worth the added cost.

It's fine to spin them on at low torque.

I keep a 1/2" breaker bar and one of those generic lug nut sets from HF in each of my cars. Pays for itself the first time you use it or help somebody who is stranded. So much easier to use than the emergency stuff that comes with the car.

Actually Harbor Freights 1/2" Torque wrench that goes up to 250 ft lbs will run you over $100. The budget Pittsburgh one one that goes up to 150 ft lbs is like $25. Most people don't need a Torque wrench that goes that high but for some trucks and axle nuts can be well over 150 ft lbs.

Pretty good deal.

Btw, it appears just the torque wrench is currently $125 on Amazon right now, and has hit sub 90 only a handful of times, so this is a good deal with the breaker bar.
