Just confirmed with customer service:
- $24 activation fee per phone.
- $10 insurance fee mandatory for first month so the machine can give you the discount.
- $60 plan
This was at a corporate store in NY.
Basically, $94 for the first month in plan + fees.
And you pay taxes before the $100 trade-in.
So $629 + taxes - trade-in.
For NY: $629 + $54.29 - $100 = $583 + 94 = $677 out the door

A few days ago, N200 trade in value is $80 , even last night, when I go to trade in today , it down to $36.
