It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

My experience with these deals from target circle is for Pre orders you have to do it early on Sunday, before they realize they shouldn't be doing it. When the Star Wars Jedi game came out last year I got my order in early then later in the day I wouldn't apply and you ended up with a 50/50 shot at getting a chat agent to honor it.

Not the one you're replying to, but while I agree with you, in fairness, I'm also a red card member, and I hardly buy games from there, and I didn't get the offer. I even have games in the saved section of my cart.
