It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

Was able to swing a bunch of Switch games for $25 or so each, including two pre-orders. This is probably the best Target Circle deal I've seen on video games ever.

For those that didn't have the offer available, you should use the chat feature. I had a very sweet customer service that was patient with me and told me I can add games while they wait for me to purchase. They will refund 40% back to your card after purchase. It can't be sony games (odd world, final fantasy etc...) No preorders, no newly released games and no digital. I have read that people were able to preorder games and the coupon worked, but the rep told me that may be a glitch, but I couldn't do it. I got $98 off of a $260 purchase.
