It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

Just used chat….got Resident Evil Village, MK 11 ultimate, miles morales ultimate, and Horizon West preorder. 1 chat agent, 0 issues at all. Placed order and he adjusted price. With red card 45% off pretty fn sweet. Thanks op and fellow slickdealers!

Ok so I tried a 3rd time and the agent asked the game in question for the discount. He gave me the glitch excuse to honor it. I got to preorder forza horizon 5 and was only able to apply it to one game. So it depends who you get in the chat.
