Bought this case full price the day before picking up my Mini. Decent case, but I find the front cover uncomfortably sharp around the edges when folded and supporting/holding with my pinky fingers. A tad bit nit picky for the price, but figured I'd drop my two cents.

May be helpful when on a plane so you can stand it on the seat back tray and not have to hold it. Additionally it's nice to have a case to help avoid damage or scratches to the screen when in a travel bag.

Good to know, I canceled my first order from Amazon because I paid full price, won't get to me for another day now, but helpful to hear whether someone likes it or not as it didn't have any product reviews being new model.

I also searched on Youtube for some reviews about their products. The YouTuber 's (Austin Medz) reviewed about their iPad case, but his is the iPad Pro, but I figured it should be the same material and feel, just different sizes^^

I have had the larger version for both the iPad Pro 11 (2018) and the M1 - great case that protects the corners but provides access to the magnetic charging space for the pencil—for the price. The folding cover is a bit stiff, but that is understandable at this price point. The other aspect I appreciate about the larger versions is that the back cover is more of a silicon with some flex to it. Makes for taking in/out of the case a breeze for sessions when i simply want to hold the device. Hope that helps a little. Perhaps someone who has this version can speak to whether the same holds true for the mini version.

Highly dependent on usage. I kept my mini5 naked cause I use it almost exclusively handheld, and a stationary stand as needed. Anyone actually taking it around to places would appreciate a half decent cover.

I have the mini 6 and Pencil and the magnets are pretty strong... I honestly don't see it falling off randomly unless you are throwing it into a backpack with a bunch of other loose stuff, etc.

Just got this case today it's solid a lot more than what I expected in terms of build and design, only offers scratch protection for drop protection look else where, that said I love it I bought a screen protector as mine is 5G variant and will be traveling everywhere I will be,super deal for 5 bucks
