Well, no. "A few extra hours…" is actually several days for phones and computers. It ultimately depends on the use. If you use it for what it is, a giant battery, you're good for a week of camping/emergency use. A family of four will have full-charged phones and family laptop for a 3-day weekend, with something to spare. It's the "small appliances" where it's less useful.
The "generator" reference is to solar. Of course you need to purchase a solar panel *in addition.* So while they're using the term correctly, it's still misleading insofar as the name implies built-in solar capability.
You don't need a solar panel for this unit, it will also charge from an USB connection or Wall Charger.
I am working in my storage unit, and using the visible ac outlet would attract more attention than I would like. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, but there is an HOA so.....
The fan and fluorescent are always on. The rest is intermittent. I rarely expect to run it more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Would this work for me? Is there a better or cheaper option recommended?

Price per Wh is cheaper for EcoFlow - $0.59 vs $0.61 but what about quality in your opinion?
I'd preferably like to find one that can charge via solar but I have no idea what I'm doing. Gonna grab a separate duel fuel for the rest of the house but wanted something like this just for CPAP and maybe cell phone.
I don't have battery advice, but when I was researching for our cpaps one site suggested operating them with the humidifier off to conserve power.
I bought generic resmed adapters so I could connect directly to 12 volt, which is more efficient.

Right. I was just noting that the "generator" part refers to a solar panel, not the unit itself.

Solar Generators take the energy from the sun when hooked up to a solar panel and convert it to electricity.
They both generate energy, but in different ways.

This is a backup for glampers and their iPhones and MacBooks! Couple it with the glam camping tent in the other link.
