Nota can of the number 9 intensity of you drink it straight. Tastes quite burnt and I'm not a snob at all.

one of the best deals, the only other great deal like this I got on ones expired a month ago on ebay for 30 cents a pod, i bought 500 of them!

these are rebranded L'Or coffee from Europe and there are plenty of good options on Amazon for many flavors

Actually, this is the decent "deal" for these. The great deals was when they used to hit the 20 - 25 cent/each price point.

Alas, short of having a DeLorean modified with a flux capacitor, I don't know if we'll see those again.

Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) is the parent to the brands: L'OR, Jacobs Coffee, Douwe Egberts, Senseo, Tassimo, and others. A German investor group (JAB Holding) owned both JDE and Peet's. A couple of years ago, they merged the two into a single coffee and tea company called JDE Peet's.

So it is true that L'Or and Peet's capsules come from the same company and both contain coffee roasted in France, but not sure if anyone has definitively established that it is the exact coffee that just goes into differently labeled capsules.
