Great sign on bonus for internet service, but the coverage of AT&T fiber is painful, none of my address have its service.

Better than a couple of days interruption in my opinion,
Better than a couple of days interruption in my opinion,
As always keep trying again with different channels Twitter, customer service line etc
Also I see 1gig fiber for $70 in Sacramento but it also says:
"Save $10 each month on your internet service when you bundle with an eligible wireless plan. + extra $5/mo. discount when you sign up for both AutoPay & paperless billing"
So is the $15 discount already included?
Thanks
Edit
For the second question the $70 price seems to already include the discount $10 + $5 as shown under ESTIMATED FUTURE BILL:
"MONTHLY PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS & ADJUSTMENTS
(These discounts are reflected in the amounts above.)
Save $10 each month on your internet service when you bundle with an eligible wireless plan.-$10.00
$5/mo. discount when you sign up for both AutoPay & paperless billing-$5.00"

Internet 1000 $70
Internet 1000 standalone $20 off for 12 mos -$20
Internet equipment fee $10
Waived equipment fee -$10
Att intetnet at 25mbps!
This is a huge YMMV, as I think only one city in the nation has att fiber.
AT&T Fiber takes from 4-6 hours to be fully installed. This includes replacing existing copper wiring with new fiber lines.
Also important to note these cards expire 6 months from creation date.

Transferring the current box to a new account is not possible according to both people I spoke to (call disconnected during first attempt), and none of these promos will apply if we do a "supersede" pr transfer of service to her name. We're both WFM, so not having Internet even for a day is unfortunately a deal breaker
Has anyone succeeded at pulling this off?
