It's also a different company now. They're owned by Red Pocket now, and their reputation isn't nearly as bad.

I had RedPocket for an entire year on my main phone. Their customer service is terrible. Their tech support is nothing but bots, and CS agents who are less competent.
I will say this - they're better than Tracfone. But not by much.
