Is seems that the lower end "2K Mono LCD" SLA printers are roughly the same electronics. This one at a much cheaper price. The parts are easily available as well and they say the parts ship out of local warehouses.
I'm still on the fence but will likely pull the trigger on it before the night's end.

Does anyone have this printer and can speak to its quality? As another user stated, it looks like the same electronics as many others.

I'm sold on the resin-printers for detail levels, this looks like a decent starter unit.
Also curious to hear from owners.. (found a few review links tho)

I was seriously debating this Vs the Elegoo Mars 2 (not pro). I ended up going with the Mars 2 because Amazon had the Proxima for $149 and I got the Mars 2 directly from Elegoo's ebay story for $170. A $20 increase for a more community supported product was my decision.

However... a $30 difference MAY have swayed me to the Proxima.

This would be comparable to the Elegoo Mars 2 Pro. I'd definitely say this over the Mars or even Mars 2.

I bought it along with an "ANYCUBIC Wash and Cure Machine 2".
The wash machines are pretty much the same as each other as well except they come in a small size or a larger size so I bought the Anycubic for $101 on Amazon.

Then a couple of resins. I chose:

1. ELEGOO 3D Printer Resin LCD UV-Curing Resin 405nm Standard Photopolymer Resin

2. ANYCUBIC 3D Printer Resin, 405nm SLA UV-Curing Resin with High Precision and Quick Curing & Excellent Fluidity

We'll see how it goes. Probably should have bought a water washable resin to start with since it's less dangerous and EZer to work with. May have to go back to Amazon Smilie

Hard to compare - anything bigger than a baseball or if you live in a place where chemical fumes are an issue, you'll want the ender. If you want small highly detailed prints you want sla.

I own both - they're really two totally different tools

Plant based resin is less stinky, too. It's another good option to look at

Many good prices for 2k SLA printers recently. Nice.
I think the resolution is sufficient for most users, much finer details than FDM anyway.
