Whatever, I'm an ATT customer anyway, lose nothing to change payment method to Citi and see what happens.
Echoing what others have said - I didn't even know this existed. Even worse, the offers weren't loading until I did a hard refresh. Before that it showed No offers for my card, so I had just assumed it's b/c it's the double cash.
If anyone here is seeing NO offers, try a combination of temporarily disabling adblock/ublock on that page + refresh.
I never knew about these offers either. How long have they exist? Maybe the devs still have to update the app?

I was also thinking of buying an android tablet for messing around. Good thing is the expiration is after black friday so we dont have to decide right now.

Probably because I never use my Cities. Ironically because Chase and Amex always have good offers for me. Oh well!
They did however allow me to increase my credit limit yet again, for like the 100th time in the past 10 years it feels like.
