It sounds like Citi is just as pathetic as US Bank.
US Bank paid out, but no email confirmation or anything.
And the reward/credit shows up 3 statements later by which time you have forgotten about it.
When it comes to offers and redemption, Chase and Ameerican Express do it right.
Bank of America is just a tad behind.
