nope, still enrolled. Don't know what's wrong with us?
It's just weird. I guess for my card with 10/5 charge the statement was closed a day or 2 later. That might have something to do with it? Are you in the same statement cycle that the charge posted in?

My closing date is 2nd. I bought both amazon and shell gift card for 200.

Sorry I just found out my closing date is 6th. maybe this is the reason?
BB e-GCs are billed and sold by Cashstar so those won't work -- physical BB GCs are sold by BB directly so it'll just post as a regular BB purchase
They might have variable loads ($25-$200) or separate $25/$50/$100 -- I grabbed 2x $100 Amazon
It'll post as a single $200 charge if you buy them in a single transaction in store so it doesn't matter -- if you buy online then they might split it into multiple charges
Just wait it out -- way too early to contact CS
10/1 Bought $200 Amazon GCs in store as regular purchase
Oct 01, 2021 BEST BUY $200.00
Oct 07, 2021 Merchant Offers Credit NY −$50.00
Dumb question for you as I've never bought gift cards in Best Buy previously. Do they just typically have $100 gift cards and you buy two of them in this instance in store? Or do they have the cards where you load a balance of say $200 on them? Thanks in advance.

Some are fixed value and some are variable -- see what your BB has
The GC rack is usually near the register or front of the store -- they might have 2 racks (one for BB GCs and one for 3rd party GCs)
I'm going to wait for an actual purchase from Best Buy to use this offer as opposed to buying an Amazon gift card, especially since this covers Black Friday with the November 30th expiration date. For retailers other than Amazon, where the CB percentage is lower than 5% and the extended warranty benefit of the CITI card is not applicable (or if the item you're purchasing from Amazon doesn't need an extended warranty), then it's less of an issue.
Buy $200 Amazon GC from BB (get $20 back)
Buy a $200 tablet from Amazon with the Amazon GC (lose $10 for not using Amazon VISA)
Net gain: $10 + no extended warranty coverage
Buy the same tablet from Best Buy (if it's more expensive there, PM to Amazon), pay with CITI card, get back $20
Net gain: $20 + 24 months extended warranty on the item.
Purchased $200 Amazon card in-store on 10-8, shows redeemed 10-13. Account credited $50 on 10-14. Thanks Citi.
Mine is still waiting on both my cards. 10/3 and 10/5 purchase.
Still enrolled and not redeemed. Both cards had statements closed one day after the charge, so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Lol. that's exactly what I did...
Bought iPad 2021 for $299 PM to Amazon, $50 cash back and 5% cashback
Q4 2021 5% (Citi Dividend). + 24 months of extended warranty. Not bad at all...
Final price is likely 257 to 260 including taxes depending on whether they reduce the 5% from the $50 off or not. Not bad at all for a brand new iPad...

I think that's exactly right. My closing date was also the 6th.
So maybe because the statement closed they didn't apply the offer?
