I bought a TV a few weeks back and use my ThankYou Preferred card for the extended warranty. I totally forgot that I had added this $15 off $200 offer to it. Just checked my statement and the credit did post. But now I'm unable to access the rewards page.

Thank you very much for the data point. Me and another user are also 10/5. But our statements closed at 10/6. Since your statement didn't close until 10/20, so it's probably not that.

It seems something with the 10/5 date. I called Citi CS while driving back and the lady had no clue what Citi Offers are. She just told me to wait for 90 days.

Thanks. Maybe I'll just wait and try again. The Citi Rep had no clue and when I said I had the screenshot, she said just wait 90 days.

The weird thing for me is that it doesn't say 90 days anywhere in terms and conditions so not sure where she got it from.
