LOL! like if bestbuy seller is going to know what I'm talking about..I was able to see the merchant offers using the citi app instead of the browser in my laptop.

A little update about my brother's case. He finally got the $50 credit after speaking to a supervisor and escalated the issue.

called and spoke to a supervisor from Arizona. Said credit will be posted after the next closing statement. Mad Asked her to put note in my account and I'm going to call back again and don't want to repeat myself.

I got super unlucky here, I purchased a 2nd round of gift cards in-store on 10/5 and the offer never credited. Based on the replies in this thread and past experiences with Citi support, I didn't bother calling.

I purchased $200 more (now I'm at $600 of amazon GCs) in-store and the offer finally went to redeemed once that purchase posted

the offer still shows as available on a 2nd card, I will be buying one last round on that card
