Anyone redeem this on black friday? I bought something and the charge is still pending but since the offer expired, it disappeared completely. Hoping it comes through after the transaction comes out of pending and gets posted.

I did a different offer near the expiration date, it showed up eventually. Probably took about a week. Since the offer is expired, it won't show up in the redeemed, but that earned about in the center should update. It took a day or two after it show up there to show the credit on my transactions.

How long does the credit take to show up? I purchased on 10-27 and it says "earned" on 10-30 but I never actually saw a $20 credit or adjustment on my account yet.

No...you should be ok if the charge was made on the 30th. Contact customer service via chat and they can help you. I did it this morning because the promo disappeared from my account entirely and he said he submitted the request for the 50 dollars credit back to my account and it should take a few days to show up. So I will see if he's correct.

you were right, took about a week. I got my credit today, purchased 27th, it didnt post until 30th and today it posted my credit with a 12/6 credit. the citi site is such crap i'm glad it came thru

I should know this but I'm going to consult with others here. The offer is triggered by the total amount after tax, right (i.e., what's charged to the card and not the subtotal)?
