Sounds like my normal FedEx experience... Always late, always sitting in one spot for days. Always changing 'Expected' date.
If a date it just 'expected' and likely to change... Just have a status of 'we have no clue'... Than give me false hope. FedEx is always a cluster.

I ordered sandal from them on the 9/23rd and tracking shows them never moving since the 9/25
Puma tells me to wait another 5 days.
Are they kidding!!

Sounds like my normal FedEx experience... Always late, always sitting in one spot for days. Always changing 'Expected' date.
If a date it just 'expected' and likely to change... Just have a status of 'we have no clue'... Than give me false hope. FedEx is always a cluster.

Much better customer experience to have us have to call in and spend an hour on hold to be told just wait another day or two....
gosh I love fedex.
Puma has done a nice job in the past delivering either through their direct site or via eBay. I didn't not order with the expectation of or need of fast delivery, so there's that.
