Every company is facing delivery issues, including Amazon. Fedex, UPS and other carriers are facing labor shortages, there's a shortage of truck drivers all around the world, not to mention theres 60+ container ships floating in the Pacific ocean that cant get into the port and unload for months. Lets stop pretending thar everything in our economy is normal right now and practice a lil patience.. it'll save you some frustration in the long run.

Let me guess? FedEx?

Sounds like my normal FedEx experience... Always late, always sitting in one spot for days. Always changing 'Expected' date.

If a date it just 'expected' and likely to change... Just have a status of 'we have no clue'... Than give me false hope. FedEx is always a cluster.

I ordered some things in the past from puma when the sales pop up on here. A couple months ago I ordered a shirt from their eBay store and it never showed up. Recently I ordered from their website and everything came with the order but I think the shirt was mislabeled. I need a tall size but the shirt fit like a regular shirt, even though it showed tall on the shirt. I washed everything that came in the mail and then I noticed that the shirt had a hole in it also.

Just because of that you are never going to order from them? Who knows what happened, maybe an employee made a mistake and sent it to the wrong person and they were waiting for them to go back in stock. Things happen. I have ordered many shoes from them and never had a problem.

I have same issue with the goods never arrive. I place order 9/23 and showing ship out 9/23 but until today 10/6 it never arrive. Never have this issue with other store. Very bad service.

The best is when fedex driver scans your item as "delivered" when it's still sitting in the back of his truck for days....this happens every 3rd or 4th delivery to me. I suspect they're holding the drivers to a delivery schedule...so rather than get raked over the coals when they get back late, they just scan everything delivered and hope they have spare time later to actually deliver it....

Much better customer experience to have us have to call in and spend an hour on hold to be told just wait another day or two....

Puma has done a nice job in the past delivering either through their direct site or via eBay. I didn't not order with the expectation of or need of fast delivery, so there's that.
